Terrence R. Mooney is a Certified Public Accountant and member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Mooney opened this firm in 1983 in the City of Atlantic City then moved to our current location in Absecon, NJ in August of 2000. Mr. Mooney specializes in the area of tax law with a significant concentration in Union Labor specialties. He has copyrighted software related to union labor and union contractor payroll reviews. He produces union seminars featuring topics of fiduciary liability, conducting reviews in local unions, QuickBooks training for local unions and supervision techniques for Business Managers and EST’s.

Ann has been practicing as an accounting and tax professional in public accounting for over 25 years. She primarily handles small business clients including corporations, partnerships, LLCs and sole proprietors and their related individual tax returns. She assists clients in tax planning, tax projections, business valuations, income divisions, buy/sell issues, QuickBooks training and assistance, and represents clients before federal and state taxing authorities. She also has significant experience in accounting and reporting for labor unions, state political action committees, and other non-profit organizations.

Ann earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Grove City College in Pennsylvania and was first certified as a public accountant in PA. She subsequently relocated to New Jersey where she currently holds her CPA license. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Alexis Wagner is a dedicated tax professional with over five years of experience at our firm. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Stockton University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). As a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Alexis is committed to upholding the highest standards of the accounting profession.

Alexis specializes in providing guidance on business and personal tax returns, QuickBooks support, payroll, tax projections, union labor, and bookkeeping services. She works closely with her clients to ensure their financial needs are met with precision and care. Her expertise and attention to detail make her a trusted CPA to both individuals and businesses.

Margie has been practicing accounting for over 25 years, both public and private. Along with husband, Vaughan, Margie built and sold several businesses. She performed due diligence to determine desirability, obtained financing, oversaw the buildout of facilities, hired and trained employees, ensured compliance with all laws and regulations, maintained all books and records of the companies, and marketed and sold the businesses. Her experience brings a unique perspective to our business clients. Margie handles both business and individual clients.

Margie earned her Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and her Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
